Wine making : In stainless steel vats with temperature control during 12 days to get a supple and greedy wine.
Ageing : Underground concrete vats
Oenologist Appreciation : With a nice and bright ruby color, this wine has an intense nose, ruity and floral with spicy notes.
Wine with aromas of ripe cherries which develops freshness and suppleness.
Distinction :
Our vintage 2016 was prized by a Gold Medal in Orange’s Wine Competition and by a Bronze Medal in DWWA (Decanter World Wines Competition) 2017 with an 88 mark !
Our vintage 2015 was prized by a Gold Medal at Orange’s Wine Competition in 2016 and at Challenge Millésime Bio in 2017
